Our brochure is done! The next couple of posts are photos of our brochure. We will take copies with us to Netherlands and pass them out at Rotary meetings and vocational visits. It discusses our backgrounds and gives some bullet points regarding land conservation, water, sustainability, law enforcement in Florida along with Florida and Rotary District 6970 facts to share with the people we meet. The USA group met on February 7, 2009 in St. Augustine to pick up their blazers and take some glamour shots for the USA brochure. We enjoyed a Mexican potluck lunch as we modeled in our new attire. It was nice to spend time together as we continue to prepare for our travels. Next up:
March 5, 2009-Some of us will be attending the Wild Game Feast in Gainesville.
March 7, 2009- We meet again in Gainesville to finalize our power point presentation and of course work on some Dutch.
April 18, 2009-Netherlands team Arrives!
April 24, 25, 2009- We will be attending the District 6970 Conference in Daytona along with the Netherlands team.
May 16, 2009-USA and Netherlands teams leave for the Netherlands!
